Encourage your kids to eat healthy by having fewer junk foods around the house, instead opt for more vegetables, fruits, whole grain, and dairy products. Protein is also essential for their development, serve them, meat, fish, legumes, eggs, and nuts. Imbibing these good eating habits early helps prevent chronic diseases and obesity.
3. Cleaning up the Mess
